4 on 4 off (days and nights)
Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturing company in Wakefield to recruit a Maintenance Team Leader.
Duties and responsibilities:
*Leading a team of 3 engineers whilst being on the tools
*Responsible for shift handovers, allocating work and supporting the engineers
*Planning and allocating daily work, ensuring resources are used effectively
*Taking a hands-on role in maintenance, fault-finding and repair
*Delivering planned and reactive maintenance across the site
We are looking for Maintenance Team Leaders/ Maintenance Supervisors with the following:*Open to mechanical or electrical bias
*Experience working in a regulated or critical environment
*Previous experience leading or supervising engineers
*A hands on leadership style with strong safety awareness
*Confidence prioritising work and communicating with stakeholders
