We have a varied Finance Assistant role supporting the day-to-day finance function within a fast-paced business.
Key Responsibilities
*Maintain high volume sales and purchase ledger activities
*Process expenses, payments, and bank transactions
*Support multi-currency accounting and VAT processes
*Assist with credit control and customer queries
*Preparation of third-party and intercompany bank payment runs
*Contribute to order processing and stock-related accounting
Requirements
*Must be able to drive and have access to a car
*AAT Level 4 or 3+ years in a fast-paced accounts role
*Understanding of credits and debits
*Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
*Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
*Confident communicator with good Excel skills
