We are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly respected property firm to recruit a Central Lettings Assistant to join their growing lettings team.
This is a varied and exciting opportunity supporting a busy, multi-branch lettings operation. The role would suit someone already working within lettings who is looking to broaden their experience in a more central, support-focused position.


The Role
*Work closely with the Head of Lettings to support business objectives and processes
*Assist with the day-to-day lettings of residential property
*Provide support across multiple offices, both remotely and in person
*Contribute to staff training and development
*Work alongside marketing to support department growth
*Carry out a variety of administrative duties


About You
*2–3 years’ residential lettings experience preferred
*Strong understanding of the full lettings process
*Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
*Strong IT skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
*Passion for delivering high standards of service
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
Desirable:
*ARLA qualification
