Full job description Site Manager - Retail Refurbishment
Location: Great Yarmouth
Start Date: 8th June
End Date: 10th August
Duration: 10 weeks
We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in retail refurbishment to oversee the full conversion of an existing retail store into a new outdoor retail store.
What you’ll be doing:
*Managing day-to-day site operations
*Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works run to programme
*Maintaining high standards of health & safety
*Liaising with project managers and stakeholders
*Ensuring quality delivery within tight retail timelines
What we’re looking for:
*Proven experience in retail fit-out or refurb projects
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Ability to manage fast-paced programmes
*SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (preferred)
