Description
*Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business planning and forecasting.
*Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
*Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to provide financial guidance and insights.
*Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
*Support the development of budgets and long-term financial plans.
*Deliver detailed variance analysis and recommendations for improvements.
*Assist in evaluating commercial strategies and business cases.

Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
*A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
*Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
*Proven experience in financial analysis and business partnering.
*Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Proficiency in financial software and tools.
*Ability to communicate financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
