Job Description:
Full job descriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out comprehensive stock condition surveys across the council’s properties, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.
Responsibilities
*Carry out stock condition surveys across Council-owned residential properties
*Accurately record survey data using digital systems and technology
*Assess building condition and identify remedial works
*Apply HHSRS knowledge in identifying and recording hazards
*Work collaboratively with the wider Property Services team
Requirements:
*Proven experience in stock condition surveying
*Strong building surveying knowledge
*A recognised HHSRS qualification
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Confidence and competence in using digital technology for surveys and reporting
*A conscientious, enthusiastic, and professional approach to work
