Full job descriptionPersonal Injury Paralegal – Edinburgh
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a highly regarded litigation team in Edinburgh, specialising in high-value and complex litigation matters.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-value and sensitive claims, supporting experienced lawyers while developing hands-on litigation experience. The successful candidate will work on matters spanning areas such as motor, employer liability, public liability and other complex injury-related claims.
The Role
You will support the team with the day-to-day management of claims and case progression, including:
*Assisting with liability investigations and case preparation
*Obtaining and reviewing medical records and expert reports
*Drafting witness statements and legal documentation
*Preparing instructions for Counsel and external experts
*Supporting the preparation of court and hearing bundles
*Managing case administration and supporting wider litigation processes
Alongside supporting senior lawyers on complex matters, there will also be opportunities to take ownership of aspects of files and develop practical litigation experience.
About You
