This is a brand newly created role to support the day to day running of the finance department due to company growth. You will report into the Financial Director and oversee a small transactional finance team. Role Responsibilities
*Ownership and responsibility of monthly management accounts
*Budget, forecasting and cashflow management
*Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
*Preparation of statuary accounts
*Manage the audit process and external advisors
*Company with HMRC (VAT, CIS, corporation tax)
*Maintain strong finance controls and internal processes
*Work alongside operational, commercial and other leadership teams within the business
*Oversee a small transactional finance team
Person Specification
*Proven experience within a financial/accounts management position
*ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
*Strong IT skills including advanced MS Excel
*Strong technical accounting knowledge
*Candidates from practice looking for a move into industry would be desirable
