Full job descriptionmy client needs an experienced Project Manager who can lead multi-disciplinary teams, control significant budgets and deliver safe, high-quality outcomes for residents.

Responsibilities:
*Lead borough-wide and area-based capital works programmes (c. £20m), including fire safety and major refurbishment schemes
*Manage consultants, contractors and in-house teams to deliver on time, to budget and to a high standard
*Take ownership of financial control, performance management and quality assurance across multiple projects
*Lead resident consultation and manage customer expectations throughout delivery
*Ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, Fire Safety Act and wider H&S duties
*Produce clear reports for senior management, members and forums
Requirements:
*Strong background delivering housing capital works, ideally fire safety and high-rise projects
*Solid knowledge of Building Safety Act, housing legislation and leaseholder consultation
*Proven experience managing large budgets and multi-disciplinary teams
*Degree in a construction-related discipline (MRICS / MCIOB desirable)
*Confident communicator who can lead stakeholders and residents with authority
