Student Experience Advisor


Central Bristol



£14.19 per hour



Full Time | Rotating Shifts



Immediate Start | Commitment Until July or September




We are currently recruiting for a Student Experience Advisor to join a busy and vibrant student accommodation team based in Central Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast paced, people focused environment.




Shift Pattern



*Full-time hours



*Rotating 2:00pm – 10:00pm / 7:00am – 3:00pm
*5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis


Key Responsibilities

As a Student Experience Advisor, you will play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and positive living environment for students.


Duties will include:






*Managing and distributing parcels and deliveries



*Carrying out regular building patrols



*Responding appropriately to fire alarms and safety procedures



*Meeting and greeting students, visitors, and contractors



*Handling student enquiries professionally and efficiently



*Providing excellent front of house customer service



*Supporting the onsite team with day to day operations

*Previous customer service experience



*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills



*Reliable with strong timekeeping



*Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude



*Ability to remain calm under pressure



*Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
