Management Accountant | £40,000–£45,000 | North West London (NW10) | On-site
We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing SME in North West London who are looking for a Management Accountant to own their finance function and report directly to the Director. You will play a crucial role in shaping the financial landscape of their expanding company. This is a hands-on role with real visibility and strong potential for career advancement as the business expands.


What you’ll do:
*Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis)
*Own bookkeeping and month-end close
*Present financial insights directly to the Director
*Supervise and develop junior finance staff
*Help build out the wider finance function as the company grows


What we’re looking for:
*2+ years in a management accounting or similar finance role
*Solid bookkeeping and management accounts experience
*Part-qualified or qualified — AAT, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent (QBE considered)
*Experience supervising junior staff
*Proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced SME environment


What’s on offer:
*£40,000–£45,000 per annum
