Commercial Manager - Consumer Finance
London | Hybrid Working (2-3 days per week in office)
Up to £55,000 + benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to join a fast-growing consumer lending business during a major growth phase, including the launch of new products and partnerships.
This role sits within a highly commercial acquisitions team and will focus on pricing strategy, commercial performance optimisation, and data-driven decision making. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across acquisitions and analytics to identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition performance through pricing and proposition changes.
Key Responsibilities*Analyse commercial and pricing performance across lending products
*Recommend and implement pricing adjustments to improve commercial outcomes
*Work within existing risk frameworks to optimise acquisition performance
*Use SQL to extract, manipulate and analyse large datasets
*Monitor competitor activity and market trends
*Collaborate with commercial, analytics and acquisition teams on strategic initiatives
Requirements*Experience in a commercial, pricing, or analytical role within consumer lending or a similar regulated consumer environment
*Strong understanding of pricing strategy and commercial impact
*Advanced SQL skills essential
*Exposure to Python or statistical modelling would be beneficial
*Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Backgrounds Considered*Consumer lending / credit cards

*Gambling
*Existing Customer Management professionals looking to move into pricing/commercial strategy
