This role will involve supporting customers with administrative tasks to help ensure excellent customer. It is a fast-paced position that would suit someone who enjoys multitasking, working with systems, and building strong working relationships.
Duties:
*Managing administration for customers
*Preparing reports
*Updating customer details on the system
*Acting as first point of contact for customers
*Supporting the team with general administrative duties
Experience:
*Previous administration experience
*Strong communication skills
*Excellent organisational skills
*Confident using Microsoft Office tools
*Strong customer service skills
