We are working with a well-established, chartered, directly authorised independent financial planning firm seeking an experienced Paraplanner ready to take the next step into financial advice.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who has the technical ability and the ambition to become a fully qualified adviser and wants to do so within a firm that will genuinely invest in their development.
The Role
*This is a structured development role designed to transition an experienced Paraplanner into a client-facing Adviser, with the goal of achieving CAS status as quickly as possible.
*You will join in a dual role Paraplanner/Trainee Adviser, progressively taking on more advisory responsibilities including shadowing advisers, attending client meetings, and ultimately managing your own client relationships.
*Clients are introduced through referrals from an established and trusted network, so there is no cold business development.
*Clients are predominantly professionals and business owners with average AUMs of £500k+.
*The Advice team have dedicated paraplanning and administrative support.
About You
*Level 4 Diploma qualified is essential, along with previous experience as a Technical Paraplanner.
*Chartered status or progress towards is desirable, as is existing client-facing experience, though the right attitude and technical foundation matter most.
*You will be someone who thrives in a client-centric environment, takes pride in the quality of work you produce, and genuinely wants to build long-term trusted relationships rather than simply transact.
*This role will suit someone who is ready to grow, is committed to doing the right thing for clients, and wants to be part of a close-knit, values-driven team.
