We are working with a well-established, directly authorised investment management firm with a thriving financial planning division, seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join their growing team.
This is a genuinely rare opportunity for an adviser who wants to focus entirely on delivering outstanding client outcomes without the pressure of targets, KPIs or business development.
The Role
*This is a client-facing advisory position within a collaborative, team-based environment where advisers collectively look after the full client bank rather than managing individual portfolios.
*Clients are mid-to-high net worth individuals across a broad range of advice needs, and a steady flow of warm leads and referrals comes directly from the investment managers and existing client relationships.
*You will work alongside a dedicated paraplanner and administrative support to deliver financial planning advice, converting referred leads and maintaining strong ongoing relationships with existing clients.
*The culture is firmly one of shared ownership and team success.
*There are no individual targets. Performance is measured by the quality of advice delivered and the outcomes achieved for clients.
About You
*You must be an experienced Financial Adviser with a background in a similar client-focused, relationship-driven environment. Chartered status a distinct advantage.
*Someone who excels at nurturing relationships, converting warm introductions and delivering consistently excellent service.
