Purchasing & Logistics BuyerLocation: Coventry - Ryton-on-Dunsmore (5 days on site / 4 days on site after probation period)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Purchasing & Logistics Buyer to manage supplier relationships, ensure timely procurement of materials, and support efficient logistics operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining supply continuity and optimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities
*Source, negotiate, and place purchase orders with suppliers
*Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
*Manage supplier performance, pricing, and delivery terms
*Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, warehousing)
*Track shipments and resolve delivery or logistics issues
*Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records
Requirements
*Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain/logistics
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
*Good organizational skills and attention to detail
*Comfortable working with ERP systems and Excel
*Ability to work independently and manage priorities
