Circa £27,000
I am recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing manufacturing and distribution company based in Castleford who are looking to appoint a Sales Support Administrator to join their busy and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, proactive and confident individual who is looking to build or develop a long-term career within sales support. The role would be particularly well suited to a graduate or someone early in their career who is keen to grow within a commercial environment.
The successful candidate will be results-focused with an excellent telephone manner, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal teams. Strong IT skills would also be highly advantageous.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing customer orders from quotation stage through to processing
*Providing a high level of customer service throughout the order process
*Handling customer queries via telephone and email
*Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
*Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order processing
