Job Description:
Full job descriptionOur global engineering client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tendering & Proposal Engineer to join the growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive technical and commercial proposals, coordinating tender submissions, and supporting business development activities.
Key Responsibilities*Review tender documents, specifications, and client requirements
*Prepare technical and commercial proposals within deadlines
*Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and sales teams for bid preparation
*Conduct cost estimation and pricing analysis
*Prepare compliance statements, technical submittals, and bid documentation
*Liaise with clients and suppliers for clarifications and quotations
*Maintain tender records and proposal databases
*Ensure all submissions comply with company standards and client requirements
Requirements*Minimum 2-5 years of experience in tendering/proposal engineering
*Strong knowledge of tendering procedures and contract documentation
*Excellent analytical and communication skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimation/proposal software
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Skills*Experience in EPC / Construction / Oil & Gas / Electrical / Mechanical industries
*Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
*Familiarity with international standards and bidding processes
