Are you a strategic and hands-on HR leader ready to make an impact from day one? We’re looking for an experienced Interim Senior HR Business Partner / Head of HR to lead a high-performing HR team through a period of transition. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive cultural and operational change in a dynamic, purpose-driven organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing*Leading the HR function and managing two direct reports, and their teams.
*Acting as the go-to expert for Employee Relations, redundancy, and change management.
*Challenging existing processes and driving improvements across HR operations.
*Building strong relationships across the business and influencing senior stakeholders.
*Providing HR reports and providing insights using Excel.
What We’re Looking For*Proven experience in senior HR roles with strong generalist and ER expertise.
*A confident leader who can coach, manage, drive change, and inspire teams.
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
*Strong Excel skills and ability to interpret HR data.
Working Arrangements/ Pro rata*35-hour week (9am–5pm)
*Hybrid working (3 days WFH / 2 days office)
*25 days annual leave + bank holidays
*Flexible hours and good benefits
