Job Description:
Responsibilities:
*Design and execute the launch of new investment products and separately managed accounts, ensuring alignment with client needs and market opportunities
*Oversee strategic product initiatives including structuring, mergers, closures, and enhancement of existing offerings
*Partner with stakeholders across the business to resolve technical challenges and drive product innovation for alternatives and private markets
*Develop strategic proposals and business cases for new product launches, particularly in alternatives and private markets
*Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy
*Contribute to key governance meetings and product committees
Requirements:
*Extensive knowledge of alternative investments and private markets
*Strong understanding of investment vehicles (onshore and offshore) and institutional products, including but not limited to UCITS, UCI Part II, Australian Unit Trusts, Cayman
*Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion
