Your Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload of fast-track personal injury claims, including:
*Employer Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), Occupier’s Liability (OL) & Road Traffic Accidents (RTA)
*Handling claims from start to finish, including litigation where necessary
*Preparing key court documents (e.g., claim forms, particulars of claim, schedules of loss)
*Liaising with experts, clients and counsel
*Instructing and briefing counsel
What We’re Looking For:
*At least 1 years’ experience managing a fast-track personal injury caseload
*Experience handling EL/PL and RTA claims
*Ideally litigation experience & knowledge of CPR procedures
*Understanding of the MoJ Portal
*To be a Solicitor or Legal Executive (with practicing rights) is essential
