The Opportunity
A well-established and growing regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Fee Earner to join its busy and highly regarded Conveyancing team.

The successful candidate will manage their own residential conveyancing caseload while working within a close-knit team that prides itself on delivering a smooth, commercially focused, and client-friendly service throughout the home moving process.

The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, maintaining high standards of client care and compliance throughout.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion
*Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity matters
*Maintaining strong communication with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers and third parties
*Managing files efficiently in line with deadlines, compliance and regulatory requirements
*Providing clear and commercially pragmatic advice to clients throughout the transaction process
*Resolving issues proactively and maintaining momentum on transactions
*Maintaining accurate file management and compliance standards
*Supporting assistants and junior colleagues where appropriate
*Contributing to a collaborative and positive team environment
*Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and client experience
Candidate Requirements
The firm is open to applications from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners.
You will be:
*A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or FCILEx
*Experienced in residential conveyancing with the ability to manage matters independently
*Technically strong across the full conveyancing process
*Confident handling client relationships and third-party communications
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Calm and professional under pressure
*Collaborative and team-oriented in your approach
*Commercially aware with strong problem-solving skills
*Committed to delivering a high standard of client care
