We are currently looking for a HRSD Team Leader - Car Fleet who will lead a team of Car Fleet Associates to improve and deliver Car Fleet policy, process and procedure whilst delivering an efficient, legally compliant, employee-focused and proactive administration.
As the HRSD Team Leader Car Fleet you will:
*First point of contact for team members managing day-to-day activities and work allocation and escalations as required.
*Implement and maintain effective quality control mechanisms within the team, with a strong focus on attention to detail and data integrity.
*Set clear, measurable goals for team members and conduct regular 1:1 meetings to review progress, provide feedback, and support development and performance improvement.
*Drive the following behaviours within the team: taking ownership, pro-activity, contributing ideas, exercising judgment, demonstrating strong client focus and a sense of urgency.
*Negotiating with Suppliers. Building on their network and relationships with suppliers / clients in line with Skanska values, to ensure that savings that are achieved are positive for the business.
We are looking for:
*Excellent customer service skills & strong team player.
*Experience of HR / Car Fleet systems such as Key2 / iTrent & desire to learn new ones.
*Experience of MS Office: Word, Outlook, and Excel.
*Demonstrable planning and prioritising skills and able to work using own initiative but also as part of a team.
*Experience of team leadership within a large in-house Car Fleet team with a focus on query resolution, process admin, HR/Car Fleet systems and policies is desirable.
