HLTA Requirements:
*Proven experience as a High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
*Hold a Cache/NVQ Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant Qualification or BA Hons Degree in Education Studies
*Confident delivering interventions and covering whole-class learning
*Strong communication and behaviour management skills
*Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
