Salary: £30,264.00

What you’ll be doing*Deliver all aspects of painting and decorating, both internal and external
*Prepare surfaces, apply finishes, and carry out repairs to a high standard
*Identify and resolve issues such as damaged paintwork or mould
*Work safely at height using ladders, scaffolds, or platforms
*Ensure customers’ homes are left clean, safe, and tidy
*Use digital systems to record work and manage jobs efficiently
*Carry out risk assessments and follow health & safety procedures
*Manage tools, materials, and equipment responsibly
What we’re looking for*NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating (or equivalent)
*Proven experience in a similar role
*Strong understanding of health & safety
*Full UK driving licence
*Great communication and customer service skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable*Social housing or maintenance experience
*Multi-trade skills
*Experience planning and ordering materials
