Near Liverpool Street, City of London
5 days in office
9:00am – 5:30pm
We are working with a fast-paced fintech business based in the City of London who are looking for a highly organised and analytical Administrator to support a key business project over the next 2–3 months.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is exceptionally strong in Excel, enjoys working with data, and thrives in a detail-oriented environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
*Managing and analysing large volumes of data in Excel
*Supporting project administration and coordination
*Producing reports, reconciliations, and data checks
*Identifying inconsistencies and ensuring data accuracy
*Working closely with internal stakeholders across the business
*Assisting with process improvements and project delivery
WHO YOU ARE:
*Advanced Excel skills are essential (including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data manipulation)
*Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
*Previous administrative or project support experience
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment
*Comfortable working full-time in the office, 5 days per week
