Job Description:
My client, a well established retail business with a strong DTC presence, is looking to recruit a Head of Digital Marketing.
This is a permanent Head of Digital Marketing position joining an established team reporting into the CMO. My client, a retail business with a strong market presence, is looking to scale it’s DTC ecommerce business with this additional hire. This is an exciting time to join a business at an exciting time of growth.
The role will blend strategy and hands-on delivery. It will lead a small team and external agencies. The role will encompass campaign planning, management and reporting across the following channels:
*PPC
*Paid Social
*Affiliates
*SEO
*Email
In addition, the role will lead on ecommerce performance, covering the following:
*UX and CRO
*Site Merchandising
*Ecommerce trading
The ideal candidate for this Head of Digital Marketing position will possess a strong digital marketing and ecommerce skill-set with a demonstrable track record of delivering results. They will possess a broad digital channel mix and will have had oversight of conversion and trading performance. Additional requirements:
*Data driven and analytic
*Commercial, curious and keen to test-and-learn
*Experience within retail (marketing) or other similar fast-paced consumer markets
*People-management experience
*A blend of strategy and delivery
Hybrid - Birmingham (3 days)
