Job Description:
Full job descriptionAre you looking for a full-time role within a friendly and supportive business? We’re currently recruiting for an organised and proactive Administrator to join a busy operations team.
This is a varied position that plays a key role in supporting internal departments and ensuring projects and customer requirements run smoothly from start to finish.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating administrative processes across multiple departments
• Supporting the smooth delivery of projects and customer orders
• Acting as a key point of contact for internal queries and updates
• Managing incoming calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner
• Processing documentation, orders, and system updates accurately
• Monitoring ongoing projects and ensuring deadlines are met
• Providing general administrative support to the wider team
• Working both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
• Assisting with additional duties as required by the business
Additional information:
*40h per week, 8.30 – 5.00
*24 days holiday plus bank holidays
*£28,000
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to their work. Previous administration or coordination experience would be advantageous.
