Office based
Full time | Hours between 8am - 5pm
Salary: £28k
Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Parts Sales Advisor to join a busy Aftermarket team in Rotherham. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and attention to detail to develop within a fast-paced technical environment.
Joining a fantastic team, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and providing accurate parts solutions while ensuring a high level of service.
Key duties include as the Parts Sales Advisor:
*Handling customer enquiries and providing parts support
*Identifying correct parts using technical information and BOMs
*Processing and recording orders accurately on internal systems
*Providing updates on orders, deliveries, and progress
*Supporting sales growth through upselling and margin awareness
*Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer information
*Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
About You
*Strong customer service or parts/aftersales experience (desirable)
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Confident communicator
*Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
*IT literate (CRM/SAP experience desirable)
