Bristol
An opportunity to join a highly regarded national construction team recognised by both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500. This role will offer you as a junior qualified solicitor exposure to complex, high-profile matters, including multi-million-pound adjudications, cladding disputes and major infrastructure and healthcare projects.
What does the department do:
Advise on a broad range of contentious construction matters:
*Adjudications
*Defects claims
*PFI/PPP disputes
*Final account claims
*High-value infrastructure disputes
Across public and private sector clients such as NHS Trusts, local authorities, contractors, developers and housing providers.
What experience is needed:
*Qualified Solicitor circa 1 years’ PQE upwards
*Experience of construction disputes and advisory matters
*Strong drafting and analytical skills
*Excellent organisation and client communication abilities
*Ambitious
*Flexible and part-time working arrangements and this firm have an adaptable approach to hybrid working.
