Location - Northampton
Hours - Monday–Thursday: 9:00am–5:00pm | Friday: 9:00am–4:30pm
Salary - £28,000–£30,000 DOE
We are proud to be partnering with a globally recognised industry expert known for delivering high-quality, sustainable products. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join their team in Northampton.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to order completion. Working closely with both customers and the external sales team, you will ensure a seamless customer journey while identifying opportunities to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
*Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
*Handle incoming sales enquiries and provide product and technical support
*Prepare and issue quotations accurately and efficiently
*Process sales orders and provide customers with delivery updates
*Identify new business opportunities and support the external sales team
*Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer journey
*Keep up to date with industry trends and market developments
About You
*Previous experience within internal sales, customer service, or a similar role
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
*Confident using ERP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office
*Proactive, motivated, and results-driven approach
*Full access to your own transport is essential due to travel requirements
