The successful KS2 Teacher will:
*Be passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning for all pupils
*Demonstrate high expectations for achievement, behaviour and inclusion
*Be organised, adaptable and responsive to the differing needs and learning styles of pupils
*Bring enthusiasm, creativity and a genuine desire to make a positive difference to children’s educational experiences
*Be patient, caring, empathetic and approachable
*Have the ability to challenge, support and motivate both pupils and colleagues
*Contribute positively to the continued development and improvement of the school
*Ideally have Therapeutic Thinking training or experience of using therapeutic approaches to support positive behaviour
*Able to commute to Broxbourne
