Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Sutton Coldfield office.
This role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of recruitment experience who thrives in a sales-driven environment, loves building relationships, and is hungry to succeed.

The RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant within our permanent division, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing your own desk within the construction sector.
You’ll be expected to hit the ground running, build strong relationships, win new business, and deliver high-quality candidates into permanent opportunities.
Your day-to-day will include:
*Winning new business and developing client relationships
*Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy brief to placement
*Sourcing and headhunting high-quality candidates
*Building a strong network across the construction market
*Managing client meetings, negotiations, and offers
*Growing and developing your own profitable desk
*Working towards individual and team targets

Construction recruitment experience is a bonus, but not essential.
