Full job descriptionRG Consultancy are delighted to be working with a growing and well-established marketing business to recruit a Junior Accounts Assistant. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is an excellent opportunity for an AAT student looking to build their finance experience and develop their career within a supportive team, located in the city centre.
Key Responsibilities
*Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
*Maintaining purchase ledger records
*Reconciling supplier statements
*Preparing payments for approval
*Supporting credit control and chasing overdue invoices
*Assisting with bank and credit card reconciliations
*Supporting month-end and year-end finance tasks
*Carrying out ad hoc finance duties as required
*Using finance systems including Xero
