Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their friendly and busy finance team based in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous finance or purchase ledger experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
*Managing expenses and supplier payment runs
*Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
*Handling invoice and payment queries in a timely manner
*Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
*Assisting with month-end finance processes
*Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties
The Ideal Candidate:
*Previous accounts payable or finance administration experience
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Confident communication skills with a professional manner
*Good Microsoft Excel and general IT skills
*Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
*AAT qualification or studying towards AAT would be advantageous
