Due to continued growth, we’re expanding our Nottingham Fit-Out division and are looking for one ambitious, driven individual to join us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
You don’t need recruitment experience to succeed with us. If you come from a sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or other target-driven background and enjoy building relationships, working in a fast-moving environment, and being rewarded for your results, we want to hear from you.


What You’ll Be DoingAs a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to manage the full recruitment process while building your own client and candidate network within the construction fit-out market.
With full training and support from experienced recruiters, you will:
*Build relationships with candidates and clients across the construction sector
*Learn how to source and attract top talent for live vacancies
*Speak with contractors, subcontractors, and industry professionals daily
*Manage candidate interviews, bookings, and placements
*Develop business development and sales skills
*Negotiate rates and help grow client accounts
*Work towards building and managing your own successful recruitment desk
