Full job descriptionPart-Time People Advisor Opportunity | Glasgow | Hybrid Working
I’m currently supporting a well-known values-led organisation within the charity sector with the appointment of a People Advisor on a part-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys a varied operational role and genuinely values people-first culture.
The role will involve:
Supporting managers with employee relations matters including absence, conduct, wellbeing and performance
Providing practical and pragmatic HR advice across the employee lifecycle
Supporting recruitment and onboarding activity
Working closely with the wider People team on projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Occasional note taking/minute taking within formal meetings
What they’re looking for:
Previous experience within a generalist HR Advisory role
Strong ER knowledge and understanding of employment legislation
Confident stakeholder management skills
Someone collaborative, compassionate and solutions-focused
CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
Glasgow based with hybrid working
20–25 hours per week (flexible)
Equivalent salary circa £28k–£30k DOE (pro rata)
