This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company offering full training, long-term career prospects and the chance to become a permanent member of the team.
If you become a permanent employee, you might be eligible for a £1,200 bonus paid in 2 halves in the first 6 months of employment.
Key Duties:*Operating machinery within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
*Packing products accurately and efficiently to company standards.
*Completing comprehensive training across multiple machines over a 4 - 6 week period.
*Following health and safety procedures at all times.
*Working collaboratively as part of a team.
Requirements:*A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
*Reliability and commitment to working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
*Ability to work safely and effectively within a team environment.
*Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.
What We Offer:*Competitive pay starting from £13.39 per hour, increasing to £15.91 per hour when fully trained.

*30 days holiday, increasing annually for the first 3 years.
