Recruit UK is working with a highly regarded independent financial planning firm seeking a trainee Paraplanner to join their growing team.
The business has an established reputation, working with successful individuals including senior professionals, business owners, and high-earning private clients.
You will join a collaborative environment where technical expertise, client outcomes, and quality financial planning are genuinely valued.
The Role
*Support Financial Planners with holistic financial planning cases
*Prepare detailed suitability reports and recommendations
*Conduct technical research across investments, pensions, tax, and estate planning
*Assist with cashflow modelling and financial analysis
*Liaise with providers, solicitors, accountants, and other professional connections
*Maintain accurate client records and ensure FCA-compliant documentation
*Work collaboratively with advisers, administrators, and the wider support team
*Contribute towards process improvements and proposition development
About You
*Diploma qualified (desirable)
*Knowledge across pensions, investments, and tax planning
*Experience in IFA / Wealth Management
*Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases effectively
*Experience with tools such as FE Analytics, cashflow modelling, and back-office systems advantageous
