Private Client Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Cornwall, £55,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a busy team in Cornwall. JOB REF:3982.

• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
• You will be responsible for a broad mix of private client work, including: Wills and trust creation and administration, High net worth succession planning and estate administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications
• You will also play an important role in supervising and mentoring junior members of the team, helping to develop their technical and client-care skills.
• Excellent client relationship skills and a proactive, commercial approach
• STEP membership or working towards is advantageous.
