A highly regarded London law firm is seeking a confident and commercially astute Commercial Property Solicitor to join its thriving Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE to handle a diverse portfolio of high-quality Commercial Property matters.
The Role
You will be part of a busy, expanding team known for delivering exceptional results to a loyal and growing client base. Your caseload will include:
*Drafting and negotiating leases for landlords and tenants
*Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
*Acting for developers on site acquisitions, financing and disposals
*Supporting business development and client relationship initiatives
*Advising borrowers on refinancing transactions
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a Solicitor who brings:
*Minimum 5 years’ PQE in commercial property
*Strong technical expertise
*Excellent drafting and communication skills
*A proactive, detail-driven approach with commercial awareness
*Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and contribute to business growth
