Key responsibilities include:*Leading and scaling the Engineering team as the business grows
*Establishing strong engineering processes, standards and ways of working
*Providing architectural oversight and technical direction across the platform
*Ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of complex, enterprise-grade projects
*Developing, mentoring and supporting senior engineers and technical leaders
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:You will bring strong capability in:*Hands-on engineering leadership within fast-paced startup environments
*Backend, data engineering or full-stack systems at scale
*Technical strategy, architecture and long-term platform design
*Managing and empowering highly capable senior engineers
*Cross-functional delivery, stakeholder management and prioritisation
