*Take ownership of a portfolio of non-food products, driving commercial delivery and performance
*Lead supplier negotiations, securing competitive pricing structures and added value opportunities
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver category initiatives and promotional activity
*Develop and manage supplier relationships to ensure consistent service and quality standards
*Review market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for range enhancement
Profile
A successful Non-Food Buyer should have:
*Experience in a buying, procurement, or category role within non-food sectors (e.g. packaging, catering supplies, janitorial or cleaning products)
*Strong commercial acumen with a track record of negotiating and delivering value
*Confident managing supplier relationships and driving performance improvements
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both internally and externally
*Highly organised with strong analytical skills and attention to detail, able to manage competing priorities
