*Maintaining compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures
*Planning, forecasting, and delivering sales and performance objectives
*Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
*Driving workshop utilisation and operational efficiencies
*Delivering a first-class customer experience and exceeding satisfaction targets
*Managing the smooth day-to-day running of the department

*Experience managing large teams within a busy aftersales function
*Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
*A proactive, resilient, and customer-focused approach
