Prestigious Magic Circle law firm is seeking to hire a new proactive Legal EA to primarily support a long-established Senior Partner.

Legal EA at Magic Circle Law Firm responsibilities include:
*Provide extensive and complex diary and travel management across multiple time zones.
*Complex, high-volume billing support
*Inbox management, Diary management, Matter support
*True EA-level experience
*Adaptable and flexible — able to support multiple stakeholders if required
*Ability to work with high autonomy and manage competing demands independently
*Comfortable in a very busy, client-facing environment with high expectations
Legal EA at Magic Circle Law Firm experience includes:
*Senior level Legal PA / Legal EA experience gained from a recognised law firm.
*Provide core EA competencies and billing familiarity
*Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
*A high level of discretion in handling confidential information.
*Experience supporting very senior executives, in an Executive Assistant role.
*Strong administrative and secretarial skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and meetings.
*A high level of proficiency with the MS Office suite.
