Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join a well-established and growing law firm based in Leeds.
This role offers the chance to work within a supportive and collaborative team environment, assisting experienced fee earners on a varied caseload while developing your legal career within a respected firm.
The Role:*Supporting fee earners with day-to-day case management
*Drafting legal documents and correspondence
*Liaising with clients and third parties
*Managing files and maintaining accurate records
*Assisting with court bundles, legal research, and administration
*Providing excellent client care throughout the lifecycle of cases
Requirements:*Previous legal assistant or paralegal experience preferred
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to manage a busy workload effectively
*Professional, proactive, and team-focused approach
*Excellent attention to detail
Benefits:*Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of basic salary
