Chef De Partie - £16.68 per hour | Near Woking | No late nights
35 hours per week in a structured MOD kitchen
A great opportunity has become available for a Chef De Partie working at ATC Pirbright, offering consistent hours, weekly pay and a strong focus on work-life balance within a well-organised MOD kitchen environment. Located near Woking, this role is also commutable from Guildford and Farnborough and suits a Chef De Partie-level professional looking for stability and high-volume service experience.
This role provides the chance to work within a supportive and disciplined kitchen team, delivering high-quality food in a structured setting with no late nights.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth kitchen operations and consistent food quality as a Chef De Partie:
*Managing and running a designated kitchen section
*Preparing and presenting dishes to set standards
*Organising mise en place for efficient service delivery
*Supporting and supervising junior kitchen team members
*Maintaining strict food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
*Monitoring stock levels, portion control, and waste reduction
*Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure consistency
What we’re looking for:
To succeed in this position, you’ll bring the following:
*Strong cooking ability within a professional kitchen section
*High attention to detail and consistency
*Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
*Good understanding of food safety standards
*Confidence supporting junior staff where needed
