The RoleJob TitleAccount Manager (reporting to the Team Lead)
Location London, SW1W.
Working HoursMonday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm
Hybrid working arrangement:
*Flexible working from home on Mondays and Fridays
*Office-based Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Who We AreLondon-Based Destination Services ProviderOur client is a London-based destination services company, with offices in the heart of Belgravia. They provide relocation support to major organisations moving employees to the UK. Our services include:
*Area familiarisation
*Education consulting
*Home-finding support
*Tenancy management
*Departure services
Key Responsibilities*Coordinate and deliver relocation services
*Serve as the first operational point of contact for clients via phone calls and in-person meetings
*Negotiate the best offers on behalf of clients
*Review tenancy agreements
*Build and maintain relationships with corporate HR counterparts
*Stay up to date with legal requirements relating to property and tenancies
*Support ad hoc office and client-related projects as required
Essential Criteria*Good practical knowledge of London property market.
*Strong organisational skills with the flexibility to meet client needs
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong time management abilities
*Clear thinker and problem solver, able to plan ahead while adapting to last-minute changes
*Customer-focused mindset
Desirable Criteria*Exposure to London’s property market
*Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills
*Strong consultative listening skills
Remuneration & Benefits*Competitive salary based on experience
*Up to 15% performance-related bonus
