We’re partnering with an established international recruitment business to hire a Compliance Manager to lead governance, manage audits, support tenders, and oversee contracts across highly regulated global markets. A key role with strong visibility and impact.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal, business-critical role sitting at the heart of operations. You will take ownership of compliance across the business, while also supporting key functions including tenders, contracts, and client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and maintain ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 accreditations
*Oversee MLC compliance, REC standards, and audits
*Act as main contact for compliance reviews and regulatory matters
*Manage full lifecycle of client and supplier contracts
*Draft, review, and support contract negotiations
*Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks
*Support tender submissions end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders
*Compile and manage compliance documentation for bids
*Manage insurance renewals, broker relationships, and claims
What They’re Looking For
*Minimum 4 years’ compliance experience
*Strong understanding of audits and compliance frameworks
*Commercial awareness and risk assessment capability
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Confident communicator across multiple teams
*Proficient in Microsoft Office

*Based in Loughton, Essex
*09:00 – 17:00 working hours
*Hybrid flexibility post-probation
*24 days annual leave + bank holidays
*Company pension (after 3 months)
