Full job descriptionOur client is a hugely successful and an award-winning global organization specialising in CRM software solutions to the SME marketplace.
They are now seeking an experienced Sales Training Manager for a 12 month contract. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week based at their prestigious UK headquarters in Central London.
Skills
*5+ years experience in Sales Enablement and ’Train the Trainer’ roles.
*Experience in SaaS Sales
*Good Knowledge of CRM and Marketing solutions.
*Strong communication skills both when training sellers or working with stakeholders.
*Ability to motivate and guide others to act.
*Docebo, coaching and call evaluation systems , Slack or Amazon Connect.
*Experience working with various AI tools would prove useful.
Duties
The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a key role in ensuring their sales teams are equipped with the training, skills, and tools they need to be successful.
*Onboarding new hires
*Delivering ongoing learning that drives performance improvement.
*Review sales calls to identify coaching opportunities and skill gaps.
*Oversee Product Knowledge and Continuous Learning to the sales teams.
